Recognize those faces? In addition to MO Adventures, we also own Modville; a vintage finds buying and selling business! In 2020, I (Amy) was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. After going to battle through treatment in 2020 and 2022, I realized that life was short and something was missing. I was craving a slower pace of life and more authentic connection – both with nature and with people. I am forever grateful for 2020 as it took both cancer & covid to slow me down, appreciate life and make memories with the ones I love. 

Knowing I needed a change, I told Keith that I wanted to create a destination for visitors to experience what I was craving. I was dreaming of acreage, with a pond, retreat center, and plenty of options for accommodations. Now, just south of the Iowa border in Missouri, we are making it happen. We are building a spot we hope will hold treasured memories for all who come to stay. No "invite" is ever needed - so what is stopping you from unplugging and creating those childhood memories you have with the ones you love.  

We have big plans for the future, but we're opening up for visitors today. We currently have a cute A-Frame House you can rent while enjoying everything else we have to offer. We will be soon announcing and opening 2 additional Mid Century Modern Cabins!  PLUS we are moving MODVILLE to MO! That's Right!  You will have an opportunity for you to come SHOP - STAY - PLAY here in MO!
